The Binding SiteThe Binding Site Ltd is a British manufacturing company specialising in the development and production of high quality immunology diagnostic assays and reagents. In recent years the Binding Site has worked closely with our customers to develop assays with applications specific to industry. These include assays to measure high levels of Tetanus IgG and Varicella-zoster IgG during the screening of plasma donor units. Previously clinical range assays had to be adapted by the customer for this purpose. As specialists in the detection of serum and plasma proteins, the Binding Site also has a wide variety of research reagents and control fluids available. Our experience in producing and supplying specific antisera for both manufacture of our own diagnostic assays, and those of other manufacturers, enables us optimise these reagents if necessary.
